Cardinal Plumbing & Drain Service is the absolute best company I have ever dealt with dealing with plumbing. Chrissy was very nice and pleasant to talk to when I called in to get an appointment. Jacob was awesome, he came out in a timely manner and provided excellent service. Jacob gave me his input and guided me on making all the right decisions. He was very patient and answered all my questions and made me feel really confident in trusting in him that he would do a great job. I am so pleased with the outcome and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you so much for making me one happy customer.

Our plumbing issue needed immediate attention and Chrissy was honest to let me know she could add me to the schedule and someone would call when an opening came up. I went on to find someone who could get to us sooner. She went up and beyond to send me a text to give me a time frame when a tech would show up. The text speaks volumes to me as far as her customer service skills. Dylan was our technician. He was very pleasant as well as knew what caused the leak and what needed to be done to fix, and avoid it from happening again. Dylan showed my husband and I a video of the leak. He even went up and beyond to cap off an outside water spigot while waiting on the glue to set for the first repair. Their prices are fair. We are very satisfied. Thank you Cardinal.

I had a plumbing emergency. A good friend and neighbor recommended Cardinal Plumbing. Gave them a call at 4:30 in the afternoon. They were at my house next morning at 9:00 ready to fix my issue. Jacob accessed the situation and gave me 4 options. Went with his recommendation and replaced the water tank and pressure valve. He also made it easier for me to replace the whole house water filter. I definitely recommend them. I will be calling them again for my next plumbing needs.

Jake was awesome!!! He found the problem and fixed it quickly. I was so worried the problem would be expensive and I wouldn't be able to afford to fix it, but the price wasn't bad at all! When things go wrong with my home I'm always anxious, but Jake was great at helping with that too. I can't say enough about the service I received. Thank you so much Cardinal. Jake is a gem!

I had a leak in my basement that I was unable to find. After searching online I saw that Cardinal Plumbing & Drain Services was highly reviewed! I called them and was answered right away, no waiting on the line. They were able to schedule a technician to come out to my house SAME DAY! Jake was amazing, extremely friendly, informative, and best of all helpful. He did a quick inspection and provided multiple resolutions with ranges of price. After choosing the option I found suitable for me, he told me he could get the job done the same day. After a quick run to get supplies he was back at my house working to resolve the issue. He finished before his provided time estimate and was able to solve my leak/pipe issue. Answering all my questions and concerns along the way. If you are considering hiring someone to come repair a leak, a drain, or your plumbing/pipes, I would HIGHLY recommend considering Cardinal Plumbing. Extremely professional, quick to assist, and solution oriented! They are the best in Greensboro/the Triad.
